I was appreciative of Mr. Hopkins' professionalism and willingness to work with me in securing a loan (despite having no prior credit). My only point of contention was the length of the approval process. Specifically, sending the same documents multiple times was somewhat stressful (especially in the market that I was attempting to buy in). I should have prefaced, however, that I am unfamiliar with the inner workings of the mortgage approval process. Summarily, a good experience.
