During our time working with Churchill we experienced highs and lows, as with any mortgage process. We experieneced some communication issues that led to some setbacks, but in the end we closed on time; actually a day earlier than planned! Steve went out of his way on several occassions to make sure our loan app was expidited because of the setbacks. He even went into the office on a day off to get our documents submitted. Steve is a great personality and is worth working with.

Steve was exceptionally patient, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to either explain something or find me an answer. Throughout the whole process he was diligent, professional and made sure I understood the answers fully to all of my questions before ending a call. I was always able to get in touch with Steve, even when I would leave a voicemail, it would be less than 10 minutes at the most before he returned my call.
