Steve was very helpful and gave us in detail about the mortgage options and what we were paying for. My only complaint is the communication with the under writers and my real estate agent was subpar. My agent repeatedly asked for correspondence but was never included in the loop. Other than that they did a wonderful job.

Excellent communication throughout the process. All of the team members were very quick to respond if I had any questions or needed anything to make the transaction go through. Even with a hurricane and some other unforeseen circumstances the team was able to still make the lending process be completed in a timely manor.
