He was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of having an FHA versus a non-FHA loan so that I could decide on the appropriate choice for me. His team was also very responsive to my questions about required documents and documentation. Steve and his team have helped me through several refinances and I have been very satisfied with the excellent help they have provided.
