This is the one you want. He is always running ahead of time, has excellent people skills, and knows exactly when to let you make a decision. Handled all of the details without a hitch, because we were ahead of the process. He knows what he's talking about, and listens to what you have to say. If you have a specific price range, he will stay within your range, doesn't try to stretch your budget. A very good experience, I would recommend highly in all regards.
