We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with Steve . He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us . He move from California to the Huntsville area and we didn't have the much time because school were about to start in less that 3 weeks , Steve was a blessing , he work with us since day one helping us to find the right house in a very beautiful neighborhood and with excellent schools for a really good price . We highly recommend Steve Stinson !.

Steve has a great knowledge of real estate in the Huntsville area. He communicates well with the buyer and is very prompt. I would highly recommend Steve as a buyer's agent.

Jonathan was amazing to work with! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as we searched for our home and as we went through the closing process. He always had our best interest in mind and gave us sound advice when it was needed. He directed us towards homes that fit our needs and was willing to work with our schedules to go house hunting. He never pushed us to spend more than was needed and warned us away from potential problem houses even when it didn’t benefit him to do so. I would highly recommend him!

Jonathan Stinson was the perfect realtor for my husband and me! We just happened to run across a house he was listing, and since that first meeting he has been nothing but helpful. This was our first home, so he patiently answered every question we had. His timely, knowledgeable responses and willingness to be a part of every step of the new build process was exactly what we needed. We highly recommend Jonathan!!

Steve is very knowledgeable and was a great help in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first home. He went above and beyond his duties when he didnt have to. I would highly recommend him being your agent for your next purchase. He doesn't find you a house, he finds you a home. If six stars could be given I would give him all six without a doubt.

Absolutely fabulous. Steve took care of everything and explained carefully what I didn’t understand. He arranged inspections I would not have thought of, like the pool and deck. Steve made buying my house sweet and easy!!

I found Steve to be a tireless agent that bent over backwards to satisfy me completely until the process finally led to a home purchase. He worked overtime and accommodated his schedule to deal with my limited available time.
