We had a fantastic experience with Steve. There is never any pressure and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out asap. Our first home closing fell through due to foundation issues and Steve was never phased, we just kept on hunting! Thanks steve!

We were very lucky to have stumbled upon Steve. We could have never hoped to find a realtor as knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the buying process. He was extremely patient with us and didn’t lord over us as we viewed the houses on our list. You would do good to call Steve if you’re listing or buying a house in the Huntsville area. I highly recommend him.

Steve is a true professional who will dedicate himself to serving your needs in home search. He committed an entire weekend to helping me find the home I needed on short notice. We found Steve during our online search and we listed our home with him. The first month on the market we had a lot of traffic and within 3 months we had an offer. The entire process was stress-free and we appreciated that fact. We definitely recommend Steve and his Team to anyone looking to purchase or sell there home.

It was our first time buying a home and Steve walked us through each and every step, remained patient with us while we had to go through multiple lenders to get approved. He was very helpful with each step, and we never once felt pressured into buying any home. He gave us space at each house that he showed us and let us form our own opinions and then answered each and every question we had. I definitely recommend using him as a realtor.

Working with Jonathan on the purchase of a new home turned out to be a wonderful experience. He made the process of purchasing a home more pleasant. My husband and I were fortunate to work with Steve in selling our AL home. He made the whole process simple and smooth from start to finish. He worked with us while living in another state but was always there to answer any questions we had in the process and he also gave us great advice on how to sell quickly. I highly recommend Steve to anyone planning to buy a home. He was right there all the way from looking at homes, and calmly explaining unfamiliar things to me that would come up during the closing process. He was always on top of things and would keep me informed. He has a professional, caring, and friendly personality that made the home-buying process, for me, less frightening. 5 stars!!!
