Good experience but not great. More transparency regarding a couple of questions my wife asked that took awhile to be answered. Too pushy in a couple of instances when we were trying to be diligent and get further information about details we weren't clear about...and made it seem like we were the only people to ever read the fine print and ask for detailed explanations.
