This is the absolute worst Mortgage company to exist. They harass you every single day that you do not make a payment on the “due date”. They charge ridiculous fees and harass you through calling your cell phone, work, email, and mail multiple times per day- even if you make the payment before the 30th of the month. I felt as though Steve and his team treated my like I should have been a mortgage broker, as I’m not im in the medical feild. Maybe explain things better to people who really don’t understand what the whole process of buying a house is all about.

Less repetitive paperwork. If required data was only good for a few weeks before the closing, don't ask for it until a closing date was finalized. It appears to me that the post 2008 govt regulations has made this process so distasteful that there is not too much you (PRM and others in this business) can do to make it less stressful.
