There were several issues I was unhappy with. One of which the fact that I had to repeatedly send over personal financial documents as I was told they were not received, yet they were sent to the email provided by your office. Secondly, the lack of communication was totally unacceptable. I would leave several messages both by phone and email and never was called back. I found your office unprofessional, unorganized and rude.

We realize that there are many obstacles to underwriting home purchases in these times, especially with COVID. Steve is very friendly and endeavors to be helpful, but we found the communication between Steve, the underwriters, and us to be disjointed and inconsistent. This led to what we perceived as a very frustrating closing experience in particular.
