RecommendedService was fast and everybody was very friendly.
Dangerously negligent service! Twice this year, we brought our Elantra to Stevens Creek Hyundai with a persistent loud noise under the hood. Both times they failed to identify the noise and sent us off without addressing the problem. A week later in June, the a/c broke in the desert on the way to the Grand Canyon. 100 degree weather. The noise was the a/c clutch failing. Not even 60,000 miles on the car. The noise was LOUD and continuous. My best advice is...STAY AWAY from this place, they have the worst service ever. I have had bad experiences with them.... they are so rude and racists.
Just don't!!! I wanted to go to Capital Hyundai but the used car that I wanted was at Stevens Creek. They were not helpful and ended up flip flopping on the price and said that there was a NEW one that was only $2000 more than the used one that I wanted. I was so excited!! Then the sales manager came out and said that it was actually $5000 more. Bait and switch!!! I was in tears and no one was sympathetic. Car was on display in parking lot filthy they said they would clean it if I was buying it and I did buy it and they supposedly cleaned it when I got home it was still filthy carpets were not vacuumed they did not detail inside the car like they said and they didn't even want to give full tank of gas because it wasn't a new car which is the first I've ever experienced that you're paying $10,000 for a car off the door cash you should at least get a full tank of gas they basically tried to get out of putting any effort for the ... read more
My fiancé and I went to check out a Hyundai Sonata this afternoon. Wow, were we sorry we went in. We went and looked at this particular car a few nights before our visit today. At that time, we noticed that the battery was dead with the keys in the ignition. We paid no attention to this since dead batteries are common at dealerships if the car has been there awhile.
