I bought a new car on January 15, but ob January 19 the vehicle was broken. I upset on customer service. They sold me broken car! Never buy any vehicles from this dealership. They are not good with customers. Today is Feb 2 and the car still in a service, when I called them they don't know when the car will be fixed. They do not check quality of vehicles! Never make any deals with them.
Worst dealership in the world!!! We bought our hyundai sonata hybrid from this dealership in Dec 2013. Mohammad Afif [Finance person] sold us a dealership service package when we were buying the car saying that it is really good and if we decide to change our mind we can cancel it within 60 days and they would refund 100% and would adjust the payments.
