The service rep Erik Yeager is so rude. I come in just now with my airbag light on which started yesterday night. I am asking him question since this is critical failure on the car. I ask him this question since i still think i have a warranty on the car. He just walk away making this comment " it is your responsibility if you get into an accident." Have been coming here for all my car maintenance but fortunately never dealt with this guy.
Your customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I have had problems with our car for months now and the dealership doesn't get back to us. I called Hyundai North america and they told me there is nothing they can do, the dealership needs to respond to us directly, which they don't. I asked "what if the dealership doesn't respond?", Answer: "Sorry there is nothing we can do!". So I have a car that is 11 months old, apparently under the Hyundai warranty that neither the dealership, nor yourselves, want to do anything to fix. Bet... read more
I bought a 2013 Santa Fe from them last week and after seeing that the spots on the hood that I was told was prob bird poop wasn't.. It was actually damage to the clear coat they did nothing. 20,000 for a car that I'm going to have to have to hood repainted.. They are all about getting the sale done as fast as possible so you don't catch on to the crap you are buying.. I nor anyone I know will ever step foot on their lot again..

Service department has had my car for almost 4 months for warranty engine repair. I receive no updates unless I call them, however now I can't even get a response that way. I have attempted to contact them numerous times the past week and no one has responded. Very poor customer service.
Be very careful with the care plans you decide to purchase. They are overpriced and deceptive. My 5yr 60 K servicing plan is not what it appears to be. Careful!
I arrive before 3 ppl, and they all get helped before me...no big deal I get it they white I'm not. I'm just here to replace my cap for my rim y'all loss so irritating
