As Steve was attending college, he worked for a local flower shop, delivering, doing odd jobs, and eventually designing. Customer service is sometimes a "thing of the past". I am very grateful for an understanding sales staff who went out of their way to ensure that "Papaw" got his delivery on his 86th birthday. These people are wonderful to work with and go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy and well served.
I live in NC and this florist came highly recommended. They sent me an email confirming the flowers had been delivered and a separate email with a picture of the arrangement. Absolutely beautiful!
I called to order based upon online reviews. The young woman who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The selection seemed good, and the delivery was faster than I expected.
I highly recommend Steve’s!! They had a great recommendation to customize my balloon arrangement & then sent me a photo of it before they delivered it!! Everyone was thrilled!!
