Steve handled a very complicated estate inheritance sale for me and my two other co-estate owners(brother and sister). We had two sales fall through because of lender issues with buyers in large part due to unknown factors in a multi-home estate scenario. Steve persevered, did a lot of research to determine how best to get our property sold, and came through with a cash buyer at a price that met our needs.
