We frequently dine at stone creek. This by far was the worst experience we have had. Honestly, since moving to the new location our experiences have not been great but we know there are always some kinks that need to be worked out when opening a new location. Last Friday however, was more than just kinks being worked out. We sat for quite awhile before being greeted by our server. Disappointed that the spicy garlic shrimp is no longer on the menu.

Service was a little slow. Waitress was somewhat inattentive to refills, extras etc.

This experience is not typical for our visits here, however, we waited at least 5 minutes after the bread was brought out to get the dipping oil and we had to flag another waiter down to get it. Had to do the same for water twice. The food is always good and the new atmosphere is great. I just think it was our wait staff that let things slip and made our experience not so good this time.

Table seated right next to a walk-thru aisle, near a work station & facing open blinds that prevented us from even seeing our guests across the table. Not relaxing, & very irritating. No Coke products, and no beers on tap…really

I expected a premium experience at a newly established location for a premium restaurant. Terribly disappointed from check-in to paying the check. Disorganized, inattentive staff, food was fair, but 1 loaf of bread for a table of 4. When we asked for a second, it wasn't delivered until after we were done with our meals. Water glasses went empty. Cunningham Group better fix this fast as the couple I dined with said they were NOT coming back!

We have enjoyed dining ar Stone Creek Grill once or twice a week, but last Saturday night was big disappointment. My ribs were burnt black, there was no way you could eat them. The waitress had them redone but my meal was ruined because I had to eat my veggies or they would have been rui ed by the time I got my ribs. My husband got the bone-in pork chop, it was also burnt, dry and tough. He should have sent it back but didn't want to eat his veggies without the meat. We were seated at a table in the very back by the bathrooms. My husband & I were facing the wall by a goat statue. We did not feel that we were able to experience the ambience very well. We walked around after we finished our dinner and saw some tables by fireplaces that we will request next time. The service was slow (we were there 2 hours) and it took forever for anyone to take away our dirty dishes. We loved the food. The art work they out the restaurant was odd. Took 2 hours to get food and everything. We were told we were getting a comped desert for the troubles… manager comes at end of meal to inform us she’s now taking the dessert off the bill for us for the issues lol… it should have never been on there in the first place. So they basically comped an already comped desert for issues… place is packed tighter than an allegiant airline plane.
