First time at this location. Disappointed in the overall ambience. Not on par with other Cunningham restaurants. Needs upgrading. Server was not very friendly. Needed softening on delivery on food not being available because they had run out of short ribs. Many have been overwhelmed with amount of tables as she wasn’t as attentive as needed. Had to ask for refills on water. Never brought more bread. Asked about check without asking first for dessert, which we ordered.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years but this time the service was slow, the food was not as good, our bill was incorrect, food was overpriced. For $36 a meal I expect better quality.

Went for birthday dinner with family. Was not offered a dessert. One of the guests ordered filet and shrimp scampi however, no sh romp was brought with the steak but scampi sauce came out. Very disappointed with this trip. This restaurant is normally on point.

We have dined here several times and been pleased. Last night we had a new server named Julia. She was excellent. My wife and I each ate a cup of French onion soup and then each had a New York strip steak. My wife’s diarrhea started at midnight. Mine started at 8:00 a.m., and continues to this moment which is 11:45 a.m. Something was seriously wrong with at least part of last night’s food, and we will not be likely to give them a chance to make the same mistake twice.
Food was delicious. Service was ok. I was just disappointed because it was my parent’s 36th anniversary and I thought they would receive a complimentary dessert but our server never acknowledged it. The carrot cake was not as good as I expected. This was my second time coming to the restaurant. The first time was a better experience.
