Had a reservation and was not seated until 25 minutes after our reservation time. Once our table was ready, we were asked to sit next to one of the dirtiest tables in the restaurant. Was asked to move to a booth, was told it would be a longer wait, fortunately it wasn’t because I found an empty booth that was ready to go. If you would cancel my reservation after 15 minutes then I should be seated in that same amount of time. Management did apologize and provided some discounts. Where we were seated felt like a cafeteria, it was very cold, very busy, very loud. Our waitress had a bad clearly didn’t want to be their attitude, my fiancés filet mignon had to be sent back. She ordered it medium well and it was very red in all the way thru when it came out. Since she had to wait on the meat her other sides got cold. The salads we ordered the lettuce was wilting to a brown edge color, there was ice in some of the salad. Great server. A bit of a long wait for dinners to arrive and when it came, the food was barely warm.

The food was actually very bland. My steak, ordered medium, was pink in the middle but to well done on the outside with a crusty exterior. My mashed potatoes were dry and had far too much garlic. My husband had the Squash Wellington which was also bland. Our server was great and I like the ambience, but we were both very disappointed in our meals and felt we overpaid for the quality we received.

Birthday. The pork chop was an overcooked piece of leather. Just terrible. I literally took it home and gave it to my dogs.

Steak was over cooked. Ordered Pittsburgh rare was barely red in the middle and crispy on the surface.

Was able to substitue vegetables aka asparagus for carrots all the times I’ve been there. For some reason my server they can’t do that.

Had high hopes, but it was more “chainy” than I anticipated. The food was ok, it wasn’t a whole lot better than an O’CHARLEYS to be honest. My wife on the other hand, although agreeing with the over all sentiment, said the Salmon dish was excellent!

Waitress was just ok. Slow and never received our appetizer. Food was good and warm.
