Service was poor, food was overcooked…dry and no flavor. The server was nice, but not attentive at all. I was very disappointed!!

Took our friends because we love the food. However, this was an embarrassing experience and food was sub par. Ordered a steak medium rare and sent back 3 times! Came back well done and charred each time. Manager was 10’ from our table and did not cone by one time. Then I went to bathroom and heard staff degrading our friend about it. Never had a drink refill. Asked for more water and it never came. Tried to give us another tables food. You expect a different level of service for a fine dining establishment. The issue wasn't the food. Our meal was good. The place had more employees than diners so no reason not to have great service. Please tell your hosts to tell patrons goodbye as the leave.

The server was slow in starting our dining experience and checking back. Had to ask another server to have him get our check after waiting ten minutes for him to come “right back”. The baked potato I think had cooked all day. Pretty dried up. Otherwise the food was very good.

Air conditioning was out, mashed potatoes tasted more like instant potatoes than real mashed.

We are losing faith in Stone creek. The food is now much less appetizing and the portions are tiny. The servers are dressed unprofessionally. My meal had only one piece of shrimp. In a previous visit our server even said the meat loaf is terrible and advised us not to order it. When your staff even say these kind of things to customers you know something is wrong. What happened to this once good restaurant?

Menu has changed. I miss some of the other entrees. What is served as early bird dinners you cannot order after 6pm. I don’t remember it being this noisy and they were not full. I gave my VIP card to the waitress when I paid our bill and she never returned it. I didn’t notice this until after I left.
