It was Mother's Day so a crowd was expected. We had 2:30 reservations and when we showed our reservation to the front desk, she said it as booked. We waited another 15 minutes for our group of 3 to get a table, but no one called us even though there were several empty 3-4 person tables. I finally asked how much longer would we wait when one of the hostesses looked at our reservation and immediately took us to a booth. Our server was so terrible. She didn’t even tell us her name. We had a party of 5 for a graduation celebration. We only saw her maybe 5 times during the whole 2.5 hour time we were there. There was 20-30 minutes in between each time we did end up seeing her. She forgot drinks and food and only refilled drinks once. Manager was super nice. We got there and they said they didn’t have our reservation. I showed them my Reservation from email and event saved on calendar. They had seated someone else at our table. They did find us a table pretty quickly.

We tipped our waiter very very well but honestly it was a terrible experience. My daughter flew in for a family get together and this was our place of choice to have dinner. I took awhile to get out table despite a reservation. The worst of it was how the food was brought out. first it took a long time to get out drink order. Our waiter apologized numerous times.
