The soup and salads were fine and my wife’s pasta dish was good. My blackened chicken sandwich was very disappointing as were the fries. The sandwich and fries were not hot when served. It appeared the dish had sat for a while prior to being served. The roll had become soggy and the cheese had gotten cold bitter. Only about a third of the meal was eaten. No one asked how our meals were. This trip was disappointing, unlike our previous visit that was excellent.

We are frequent customers of Stone Creek, but usually at the Plainfield location. Service was absolutely horrible, and manager was alerted. She did offer a free dessert, but we didn’t want to accept compensation for the poor service.

Excellent server, Sally, but food served by the food runner was cold! We found our server and sent it back to be replaced.
