Holiday dinner with my family. Had a 6:15 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 6:45. Not a good start to our evening

Our server did a great job. The food was over-salted. My son ordered a plain hamburger and it came with lots of cheese. We reported that it should be plain. And when it was brought back to us, someone had just scraped the cheese off! Certainly, a fresh, plain burger was in order here. My husband says we won’t visit here again due to the way the burger order was handled. The desserts were delicious.

Filet was good. Everything else was lukewarm. A bit pricey for the quality

Ordered my steak medium--was bloody, not what I consider medium. Had I ordered medium well it would have been too well done, and tough.

Stated we were celebrating a birthday no attempt to wish happy birthday by waitress food was cold meatloaf looked microwaved very dry needed refills of drinks over all very disappointing.

I have eaten here dozens of times, maybe a hundred times. Tonights experience was not normal and quite disappointing. The plates obviously spent quite a while under the heat lamp. The baked potato was dried out but, amazingly cold as were the other sides. The mashed potatoes has a rind on them that was disgusting. One if the steaks that was ordered medium was grey and way over cooked. I asked our server if they were low in staff but, she said that they were fully staffed. this reservation was to celebrate and early holiday and an engagement. there was a detour from our area to get there. we got lost. we called the restaurant and was given incorrect directions that took us to Bargersville, and when we called again, the same person told us she wasn't responsible for giving directions. ironically, when we called the first time, we were only blocks away...a new area for us. this caused us to be 40 minutes late, making our other guests wait for us. all worked out, but this was completely avo... read more
