We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated for our 6:30 reservation. Once seated, another 15 minutes before our server came to our table. We ordered a bottle of wine….waited another 15 minutes to tell us it wasn’t available 😡 Food : mediocre Service 👎
I ordered the New York strip med well and was served the much more expensive prime rib, VERY PINK. waitress stated she heard me order the prime rib, but the people at my table heard me order new York strip. And, I NEVER order prime rib at a restaurant 😒
We were VERY disappointed! We used to go to the one in West Chester frequently, before it closed so decided to go to the one in Montgomery on November 27. We made a reservation far in advance and drove down from Dayton. We were running a few minutes behind on the highway so called to alert them we were running up to 10 minutes late. Birthday Was disappointed that 1/2 martini specials have been discontinued. Was surprised for being the Wednesday before thanksgiving, this restaurant was nearly deserted. Previous years packed
Over priced Applees food. Over salted and over cooked. Very disappointed for a nice dinner out with family. Won’t bother going back. For the money spent we could have gone to 100 other restaurants for much better food.
we came for 1/2 price wine night. done it for years. not doing it anymore
So, I’ve eaten here and or gotten carry out so much. I live nearby. I was excited to have an out of town guest as part of our party of five. Unfortunately, the service was beyond a disappointment last night, not to mention they were served cold mashed potatoes and asparagus. We sat close to the bar at a table and felt invisible at times.
