The hostess seemed to be bothered by us. Not friendly, almost rude. We were there to celebrate a birthday!! Our waitress was wonderful. The food was good. Restaurant was way too cold. We were uncomfortable.
Service was terrible. We had to wait for a significant amount of time for our drinks and dinner. We had to ask other waiters so they could escalate. And in the end, they did not bill us correctly and we had to spend another 15 min to sort out the payment. The incorrect amount still appears on our account.

We were a guest of 6. The noise level was bad. We could hear each other talk. Recommend you install some soft surfaces on the walls. We won’t bring guest there again unless this problem is solved. Bob Gerding

If you communicate this with a request, I am sure we can do everything in our power to make that accommodation (that room is also used for Private Dining events, so if there is a party booked there, we obviously would not be able to seat you there at the same time). Poor service and subpar food for the money. The restaurant was half full when we entered. The greeter was not friendly and had issues with the seating system, we noted greasy plates set at our table, we waited a long time for a wine menu and a longer time to order. Plates were not cleared off our table between servings and the credit card machine did not work. The filet mignon was too fatty. The spicy pasta was good. The beet salad was great but small. The triple dip was poor. There are many better restaurants nearby.
A big disappointment 😂😂the fish special plate presentation left a lot to be desired. Hate to tell you what the topping looked like, part of it was way under cooked, nothing worse than slimy fish. Accompaniment was salty and did nothing to enhance the dish, wouldn’t order it again.

Steak fair with little taste. Server brought entre almost right after we got our salads. Broccallie or what ever it was called was not edible. Wine was great.
The service at Stone Creek during my last visit was poor. Every step of the process was extremely slow. We waited unusually long to place a drink order, another long wait to get our drinks, another long wait to order our meals, etc. When we did receive our drinks and food, there was always something wrong - one item forgotten, steak extremely overcooked, incorrect drink. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice, too. I know it’s hard to hire good help anywhere these days, but our service was really poor. Our food took nearly 1.5 hours to come out after we ordered. The server could’ve apologized and kept us in the loop with what was happening.

We used to love coming here, but unfortunately the last few times the food just wasn’t good. Fish overcooked to the point it was inedible, sandwiches with very little meat. Very disappointed.
