Very disappointed. We are frequent diners at crg restaurants and have rarely had a bad visit, this is the worst by far. Seating is packed in, noise level was Jackhammer level, waited 10 minutes after being seated and left due to no service. We had asked for a booth and were placed in open area in middle of restaurant. We dine at the Plainfield location frequently and have never had a bad experience there. Also the beer list is disappointing with little variety.

Conversation was difficult due to the noise level. We have dined at this restaurant many times, but didn’t experience the high noise level.

It felt like an prettier version of an Applebee’s. Nothing outstanding. There are certainly better chains. The service wasn’t outstanding either. The serving staff was slow to take our orders. It took forever to get drinks. The food wasn’t anything spectacular either. It was Applebee’s type. Tried it. However, I wouldn’t go back.

Food was no more than average at best. We will probably not be returning to dine there again.

Our table was wiped before we sat down but there were streaks and still scum on the table from previous party. The floors were messy with food (crackers or bread pieces?) and while we were dining a spider came down above our table in our booth. We ordered the tuna appetizer which lacked any flavor and our other dishes were also not great either, but that could just be our taste buds. Tuna appetizer was amazing. Parmesan chicken is now such a heavy dish with a very thick coating on the chicken and thick noodles. After 3 bites, I was done. Such a disappointment

Backbooth was nice, but management seated noisy group right next to us. Lettuce mix was less than crisp in both our salads. Should have sent both back. Service was excellent.
Clearly understaffed and under trained. Food was ok. In the past has been really good, but not this time.
