I’ve been to Stone Creek many times and this was by far the slowest service I’ve ever had. Our waiter was friendly, but the drinks and food took way too long.
Just got married
Waitress had another large table to service, resulting my service was slow.
Food was cold, service spotty. Ordered steaks and had to request steak knives about two min after wait staff brought out our dinners.
Overall meals were good. The brownie with ice cream desert was very hard and not the greatest
Not good at all. Sent snapper back & second order still not much better. Tough fish. Probably over cooked. Will not go back.
Open Table does not work other than to get a reservation. I’ve tried to contact the Rep but he dished me out to someone lower... I had several important issues to discuss. This time- they didn’t listen to what I wrote which was very simple: 1. Give me the check- I told my name- the writer had no clue & asked Who wants the check 2. I asked as it’s my father in law’s 96th birthday for some consideration- we got exactly ZERO. We sat in the bar and it was LOUD! The food was pretty good, but it seems that charging $3 for each “jumbo” shrimp to add to a salad is a bit expensive.
They didnt have our open table reservation- someone clicked it on their computer at 1:22 pm when our reservation wasn’t till 6... so when we got there they didn’t have our reservation at all. I showed them My emails & Open Table reservation on my phone. Nobody seemed to know who at the restaurant messed up. Food was good however- as usual.
