Waited 55 minutes for drinks after ordering. My entre came out 15 minutes before appetizers and my drink. Wife had her plate delivered with sides and no entre also before appetizers. Who brings out an incomplete plate? Really. Waiter blamed kitchen even though I heard manager explain to him how he incorrectly input order. Usually a great experience at this establishment. I will be dinning at home for holidays from now on.
Not the best service tonight. A bit disappointing. He got my salad wrong, kept telling us he was bringing more water and more ice, but clearly had his mind somewhere else. Sorry.
Value for price was disappointing. My red snapper consisted of a small piece of fish, a potato dish and some green beans. Not what I was expecting for $25. Previous experiences at Stone Creek have been much better.
They blamed it on the system...We stumbled across a widespread and seriously wrong being done by restaurants to customers using gift cards. Stone Creek applied our $50 VISA gift card less a 20% tip. The server doesn’t receive any of this 20% tip. They’ll probably tell you otherwise. If you’re not watching, which is quite possible on 1/2 price wine night, you glance at your original bill (e.g. $100) to determine what you should tip, don’t notice they only applied $40 and tip your server $20.
