We just purcahsed a 2012 CR-V from Carey Paul Honda and had a great experience. We worked with Calvin via email prior to going to the dealership and he was extremely helpful, provided great information, responded to our emails quickly, and didn't try to jack up the price with added fees such as "dealer installed accessories" like other dealerships. They were the nicest team of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in a car dealership. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and no matter what I wanted to look at or drive, they were pleased to be at my service. Korwin was knowledgeable and comfortable to be with. Salesperson Cleveland Morton was the main reason I bought a Honda even though it was a bit more expensive than the other vehicles I looked at. He was responsive and sold the Honda vehicle without putting down the competition.

Cleveland Morton and Paul in Finance exceeded our expectations and gave us a deal that was fair and reasonable for all parties involved. Cleveland established a rapport with my wife and I and did not come with the typical sales pitches and jargon. I would highly recommend Cleveland, Paul, and Carey Paul Honda if you are in the market for a new Honda.

Morton was so helpful, the dealer stayed open 1 and a half hours after they closed to sell me a new car. This is the second car I have bought from the dealer and will continue to purchase from them in the future. I cannot comprehend how helpful and knowledgeable the staff was.

I visited the dealership a few weeks earlier looking for a used Honda CRV but the model I wanted was not in stock. Paul kept in touch tirelessly over the weeks to check if I had found the car I wanted. He then invited me to look at a new model when Honda had a financing promotion on and since I had done my research he and Vernon did not waste much time in negotiating a decent deal with me.
