Brought my 2019 Ridgeline in for “emissions system problem” message on dashboard. The dealership Carey Paul Honda became Stone Mountain Honda during the service. My service advisor was let go/ quit during the service and no one relayed that information to me. Took 7 days for repairs and an exorbitant amount of money for a vehicle that was purchased at this dealership and all services were performed there. Brought my car in for a set of new tires and rear brakes. I always take pleasure in keeping my car clean and spotless. My car was returned to me with black smut all over the tires and rims. But, that I could clean I thought… a closer look turns out they had scratched multiple rims and one run had 2 chips to it like they had been hit with a tool of some sort in the process of completing the service. Do not leave a deposit for any vehicle. They will just keep your money and you will never receive the vehicle. We are a military family located 2 hours from this dealership. I saw they had an odyssey I wanted so we decided to make the trip. When we got there they said they didn't have the vehicle listed on their site. But they could quickly get one. Sales person pushed my husband to buy maintenance plan and said it was 7 year/105k, but it turned out only 3 year/37.5k plan. We lost a lot of money on the plan. We contacted them several times, no one tried to help.

****ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME / HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**** On May 6, 2023, I contacted Carey Paul Honda about a Honda Civic they had advertised for sale. I spoke with "Isaiah". Part 1 So I took my vehicle in to get a oil change and the tires rotated, when I got home I realize that my tires had not been rotated one of my tires had a flat and the plug was still on that same tire same location, now my question is did I get a oil change and my car just get reset??? I will be going back tomorrow 2/ 25/ 23 First time customer at this location not a good impression.. Unhappy customer

This is not where you want to buy a car from, this place is full of liars. I feel sorry for them because someone can get hurt the way they conduct business. I attempted to buy a car from this dealership that did not make it home before the lights came on the dash board, check engine and abs. Car went to service, and the return call I got back was no lights were ever on...Now they are acting like they don't want to give me back my down payment for a car I don't have and a contract I never signed

So many red flags we ignored and I’m so angry with myself. We ended up buying a 2021 Honda Accord LX. When we test drove the car the tire pressure light was on. I was told it would be diagnosed and fixed. I assume they just put air in the tire because the very next day the tire pressure light came back on. I was told the car was a nonsmoker car and that was a fat lie. I turned the heat on the next day and had the smell of cigarettes blasted in my face. The car now smells like cigarettes. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Challenger Wide Body Scat Pack with a Shaker hood from this dealership for $48,000 dollars. This car happened to be the sales manager’s car that he traded in. Less than a week later, the widebody fender flew off on the highway. 3 days later, the second one flew off. The remaining 2 are about to come off. They keep telling me to take it to a Dodge Dealer because it is covered under the warranty. I have and it is not covered under the warranty.
