After calling and speaking with a very polite lady named Amanda, I went to look at a new 2007 Fit. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost of respect and courtesy. Calvin took a personal interest in my needs and was truly helpful in my decision making. I was never pressured. A fair price was offered initally, requiring no negotiation. Nothing wrong with the car. It's my 5th Honda and when it dies, I'll buy another. This is only about the dealership & its staff. One word: OY! No attention to detail. We sat at our credit union for 2 hours, waiting for 2 pieces of paper from STH to be scanned to my credit union rep. Those papers were wrong FIVE TIMES. My middle name was wrong, my DOB was wrong.... wrong driver's license in the wrong state. Price was wrong. Finally we were done there and headed out to pick up the car. Had a deal with them on a new 2024 black van, they agreed on price of 50k, then switched the vin # and tried to sell me a new van with scratches on it, they still had the original one on lot In perfect condition, but now wanted 2000 more for it, when it was priced the same as the other one on their website, were unwilling to negotiate, I had already closed my loan and had ck in hand and drove 2.5 hrs to be swindled by them. This dealership is scamming people, and when called on it they are unprofessional and hostile to the point of removing people from the dealership by force. read below for more details. If I could give zero I would for this dealership and the whole Honda service department. No accountability for their defective car. No empathy for clients that don’t have transportation due to their faulty vehicle. And no chance I will ever buy a from this or any location in the future. Do not get suckered in by false advertising on their reliability and service.

The dealership was not willing to negotiate -- their "excuse" was that they just lowered the price of the vehicle $300 same week. They were also not honest about price - price of vehicle kept changing by all the add-ons, and extremely high "document fee", which is pure profit to dealership. Finance was never available by phone, kept making "errors" on contract (not sure if it was intentional or not), and wouldn't directly answer questions about warranties or other details and kept warranty prices hidden. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE PLAN! !! IT’S A FRAUD!!! Finance guy, Floyd, told me a 10 month/60K mile service plan would cost about $15 a month. Never told me The total cost. And when I signed my contract, I didn’t sign the paper contract. I signed a tablet so people don’t really Scroll up and down to see the whole contract especially when they’re being told they’re signing one thing and an actuality they’re signing something completely different. We put a deposit down of $500 for them to hold a car for us on Thursday and by Saturday they sold the car and wouldn't give us our $500 back. GM said that it would be in the mail in about a week and rhe fabricating sales rep named Tony Henry told us to come get the check. We get there and they said the controller is out so they can't give it to us.. I would not recommend their customer service to anybody.

Traded my car in on February 21, 2024 it has been 36 Days and they still have not funded my deal. The check for the old car has still not made it to Honda Finance and has now flagged my credit. Going to seek out legal options at this point. What a xxxxty finance manager they have.
