As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and got confused easily by the whole process. Todd was very patient and caring and went above to help us in purchasing our first home. His knowledge in VA loan was very helpful to us as well, and he made us very confident in him during the entire process! Now we are all moved in to our very first home and are grateful that we had him with us every step of the way!
Todd Koellen made processing our home mortgage loan a breeze! His in depth knowledge (backed by 27 years of experience) of Real Estate combined with his tremendous interpersonal skills provided an incredible home buying experience. Working with Todd was a fun and easy experience. We are first time homebuyers and used a VA loan, not only was Todd available to help us with any questions we had, he also gave us a checklist to make sure we had all the necessary documents to successfully get the loan. Todd checked in with us to ensure we had documents on time, and set up our signing to be as easy as possible for us. We moved 1600 miles and Todd removed all the stress of homebuying from that distance. We will use Todd for all of our future homes and moves.
Todd was great and got the job done well. We had a very interesting scenario, not an in-the-box loan need. 2 Other lenders said it would be a difficult loan to put together. We were purchasing a vacation home on a one-income budget, and Todd was able to creatively discover more income and deductions in our tax returns to push our debt-to-income levels to an acceptable level. Todd was great! He answered emails and texts day and night, and answered all of my questions. He really set my mind at ease, and even helped sort out a couple of speed bumps with our seller. I would recommend him to a friend without hesitation!
A friend recommended Todd to me and I was NOT disappointed. Todd is extremely flexible with his time (to match our needs) and responds within 1-2 days (usually 1-2 hours!). He was very helpful with the entire process; he explained things well and worked to get the best deal for me (better than others).
