This being my first experience in buying a house I had no idea what to expect .... I was amazed at how the realtor, the loan officer and the broker all worked so well together. Anything that would come up, before I knew about it ... I was contacted and things were taken care of immediately ... I sincerely had a great experience with all parties involved!
Todd is extremely committed to making sure that you feel like his Number One priority! He goes the extra mile and makes the loan application, pre-qualification, and closing process run very smoothly. He is always there for you with an encouraging word, a smile, and a "can-do" attitude. I have used Todd for 2 home loans and will not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for an effortless buying experience.

Todd was great for us. My wife was living and working in New Mexico while I was living and working in Washington. He worked hard for us to make the process of buying a home as easy as possible. Todd was a joy to work with. I was very upset with our current mortgage company, with them being "off shore" and not at all able to help me with most questions. I'm 22 and I bought my first house. Todd was great in helping get a loan perfect for me! He's awesome!!! I also really loved my relator Bette Zerba for getting me connected with Todd. She helped me find the perfect home. These two together make the perfect team!
