Todd came to the rescue. After one month of waiting for financing approval from My bank, I called Todd out of desperation. I got approved and He sent a letter of financing to My realtor on the SAME DAY that I called. My Bank came through 10 days later at a half a percent higher than Todd. Imagine My joy to tell the BIG bank sorry, but no thanks. From His letter to closing was two weeks!!Should of called Him FIRST !!

My husband and I were dead set on using another bank for our home mortgage on our new home purchase. Todd can get loans done. I had started the home loan process with a local company, and after problems and delays, I nearly lost the house and had earnest money on the line. Todd refinanced my rental house in Spokane about a year earlier, and I called him and told him my situation. Todd was absolutely awesome! We moved to Spokane from Colorado which is a stressful time to say the least. I had a contract for employment, but had not started my new job yet in Spokane. Todd used an ‘accommodation loan’ so that we could move into our new home before starting my new career in Spokane.Thank you Todd for everything you did!!I will also say it never occurred to me to go out of state until a realtor that had used Todd before suggested it, so don't hesitate to use someone not local to you

Todd helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was AMAZING! He presented us several loan options and provided his knowledge and expertise on which loan would be the best for us. As we all know, home loans can be very stressful. Working with Todd, allowed us to have a sense of ease and comfort. Todd is great and I have referred him to a few of my friends already. USE HIM!!!!

My best friend Peg referred me to Todd. I was already working with another lender and was not getting called back. I was frustrated and called Todd. Never once was I not able to get my questions answered. After hours and weekends are good times for me with my work schedule. After our initial phone call we mostly communicated with texts and emails. Everything promised at the beginning was delivered at the end. No surprises!! I have and always will give out Todd's number to anyone looking for a home loan.

I've recomoned Todd literally 20-25 times over the last six years to my friends and family. He's closed mulitple loans for them as well as myself. He's always gone above and beyond anything that I would expect from a loan officer or broker. Everyone that I've referred him to have had nothing but great things to tell me about their experience. When things go bad he'll fight tooth and nail to save the deal. I don't know of a deal that's gone so bad that he couldn't fix the problem. I can't really say much more about the guy. H... read more
