Quality of food was terrible. Went for my daughters bday 5/8 and was embarrassed. Had never been before. One dish got re-made but in all honestly 5 out of six of us had terrible over cooked dry meals. So disappointing. Not to mention wasting my hard earned money. My positive note is that our waiter Preston was very good with great service. Thankfully they at least have good staff.
They extremely over cooked my fillet. I sent it back and it took 20 minutes to bring out a new one. When they brought it back out, it was raw a d had the wrong side dish. horribly disappointed. very expensive for such poor food and service.
The seafood menu was too small for somewhere that calls itself a seafood restaurant. The calamari was pretty awful and came with way too much pasta for the small portion of calamari that came with it. The sauce with that dish wasn’t great either. The chicken dish that I got said that it was topped on angel hair pasta, but there was literally almost no pasta on my plate, and the mushrooms and cheese sauce that were on top of the chicken weren’t good either. We went here with my family and parents for my 39th birthday. It was empty on a Monday evening. All the waiters/waitresses were piled up behind the window and lurking into the dining room where 3 parties (including ours) were dining. We ordered an appetizer that was never delivered. Passed on that because our waiter seemed uncertain of what he was doing. When our steaks were delivered he failed to offer steak sauce. Our brunch was terrible. My husband's waffle was burned, his chicken was dry, and my skillet was 90% onions and gravy; barely any eggs. We ordered dessert and even that wasn't tasty. Unfortunately we won't be going back.
Some friends and I went to dinner here last night. I had assured them you had the best ranch and really good potato skins not to mention the yummy pretzels! Our waitress was terrible. There were only 3 other tables w/ diners so being busy was not the issue. She only refilled drinks once when we had to ask. Brought salads and never came back, we had to track her down through another waitress. Disappointed. Food was good.

My 6 ounce filet seemed to have shrunk to a 4 ounce filet by the time it got to the table. The mushroom sauce tasted like it came out of a can. For the price we paid for our meal (over 100$ not including the tip) I expected more..There was so little "green" lettuce in our salad, I thought it was something else entirely. We will not return. I can go to West Allen Grill and have a much better meal.

Steak was over-seasoned and chewy (cooked medium, as ordered). Another guest at our table had their steak undercooked, sent it back, and it came back 10 minutes later exactly the same. Free meal anyway for a business meeting, but won’t be back.
