last night I took my son and his wife to dinner, our service was horrible (it was not busy) 3 times we had a find our waiter for drink refills (didn't even get the right drinks) my tea was never refilled, then once the food came all of our dishes we mixed up my steak had my sons sides, my baked potato was was over cooked, I asked for extra butter and got almost none and was jever brought any more, both my husbands and daughter in laws potato's were very cold so we let the waiter know, he took the plates then when he brought ... read more

So disappointed. We made a reservation and asked for a quiet area due to my sensitivity from noise due to having Ménière’s disease. This was our first visit. We were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant, across from the bar. So it was loud and I was uncomfortable the entire time. My husbands steak was tough and had a great deal of fat on it. My chicken Modiga was awful. There was one mushroom and the sauce was like gelatin. We will NOT be going back.

Steak was okay, mashed potatoes came out cold and then when they brought me a new batch, they seemed instant and had no taste. Everything seemed bland but waitress was nice.
Sat for 10 minutes on the patio with zero service. Servers came out and did not come even close to our table. Told hostess about it. Waited another 5 minutes and still no service. Left. Ridiculous. We won’t be back. For a place that wants to charge $20+ and extra for sides you should really work on service. Definitely not worth it.

I’ve been to stone summit a few times and sometimes it’s good sometimes not so much. Last night my husband and I ate there, Ian was our server and apparently still needed some training. I ordered a steak, which was over cooked, my husbands pork chops were over cooked. For a place that is supposed to know steaks, last night was disappointing and expensive. Really like the decor and ranch dressing, but don’t want to go back to pay $50.00 for 2 subpar meals.

Horrible lunch ! Waitress puts down salad walks away , no set ups on table (fork, knife and napkins) Absolutely no excuse for that , take your blinders off and open your eyes , salad had more dressing than salad ,ordered the Shaved Prime Rib sandwich rare it was well done and to be honest just garbage ! My wife had the ribeye which was ok but for the a place that specializes in steaks and seafood with a supposedly cut above the rest ? I understand why the business is not doing well ! Look elsewhere !

horrible service Ashley weatherton was horrible worst experience ever.. was supposed to be a nice lunch for my parents
I can only assume one of our dishes of 6 got messed up and they had to remake that one and sit the rest of our plates under heat lamps because all of our food was dry. Hate sending food back to kitchens but I had to send my daughters lobster ravioli back for that reason. By the time it came to the table we had all eaten. The service was exceptional though so it wasn’t all bad.
