Gave Stone Summit a try. Unfortunately, my mistake, I didn't make reservations. And was told it would be an hour and half wait for two. So it's a good idea to call ahead. But with that being said we decided to sit at the bar. After sitting there waiting for over 20 mins, all while making eye contact with three different bar tenders, I finally asked for two food menus. went for my birthday dinner with 2 other couples....... the service was lacking in a big way. Totally disappointed. We chose this restaurant because my husband had such an enjoyable experience for his birthday in October. Definitely didn't have that tonight. Not sure I will ever go back...... sad

Just left.. Sat at the bar, service was awful. Waited forever to get served, waited a long time to take our food order. Food dropped off with nothing after. Luckily we had a bottle of wine so never had to wait for refills. Mahi was overcooked and very dry but we were never asked how are meal was. No dinner rolls, no offer for dessert. Wasn't as good as I would expect a Steak House to be, ribeye was mediocre with to much rub. Pan seared scallops were hardly seared and drowned in oil

We tried stone summit on Sept 16 .Had to wait 30 minutes for a table .There were 5 of us .in all my years of eating out this was the worst service and food I have ever experienced. we ordered our drinks and an appetizer .That took over 20 minutes . We then ordered our meals. That was 45 minutes. Our waitress seemed confused the whole time she dealt with us. My wife and I went in on Saturday night around 700 was told 25 minute wait. Ok with that. Sat at bar for 15 minutes before be I g asked if we would like a drink. Saw 3 tables get there salads as there meals was being served. Not the way it should be done. One couple at bar never even got there salad. Got our table and sat for another 10 minutes before our waitress addressed us. We knew what we wanted so we ordered. We had no wait at all, as we sat in the bar area. The waiter was pleasant, but busy. It took awhile to receive our orders. We went there for seafood, but the selection was very, very limited. That was a huge disappointment. Overall, what I did get was good. (A chicken dish) I would change the name to just Stone Summit.... leave the seafood part out all together.
