Service Made appointment and cars was in and out on time with everything done correct the first time. And they even washed, vacuumed and cleaned the windows on my vehicle.
A little ticked off Sales guy was nice and helpful. Finance guy was nice but took off the bed cover without telling me. So found out a day later after i sighned the paperwork. The whole reason i was willing to acept the payment amount. I wouldnt have made the deal if i would have known that before hand. I know its not much but thay could have comunicated it with me before hand!!!!
Retired Jeff Allsop was our primary contact, who we met earlier in the previous week. He kept in contact without being pushy. Because of Jeff, we decided to visit Stonbriar Chevrolet and our visit went very well. We liked his approach and non-pressure attitude. With the assistance of his associate, Alex Barrios, we reviewed and drove a SUV that met all our needs. We were able to close the loan and take ownership that day.
