"Great customer service" Mike facilitated my car service on Friday, September 14 and as always he was wonderful. Mike is always friendly, professional and makes me feel comfortable that my car is in good hands.
"Exceptionally gratifying." The service was excellent. The workers were very coutrteous and friendly.The reception area is a little bit small, cause it was crowded. The reading materials should be updated.
"Great Service" My Honda was ready for an oil change so I just drove right in, I have never made a scheduled appointment and I always get in right away. They do the complete inspections an let you know if your car is need of added attention. They are always friendly and courteous. I don't go anywhere else.
"Customer Service is Outstanding!" I found Customer Service to be helpful and individualized to the specific concerns I had regarding my vehicle and its performance. The issues about which I was concerned were fully explained and all questions were answered.
"Always Good!" Never had a bad experience, I no longer live in Conyers but I still bring my car to you guys because of the work....keep it up!

"Great day in Conyers" Went in for a oil change and check up. Fast and done right.Third lease and really happy with this dealership. I will be getting my next vehicle here.
"Safety" My service advisor, Stewart, did an excellent job with referring me to Johnnie who troubleshoot getting my door locks reset so a "slider" at the gas station could not come into an open passenger door and since Georgia has become hands free we set up my speed dial and last number dialed list.
"Professional and Courteous" My visit was for scheduled oil change. The service technician advised me of upcoming scheduled maintenance that would need to be taken care of and he detailed those out on my invoice. He answered all of my questions. Conyers Honda Service is light years ahead of the dealership where my car was purchased. All of the employees at Conyers Honda were professional in appearance and actions. I felt confident that service was taken care as stated.
