"Happy CR-V Owner" dropped car off for 1st oil change (three years free by the way) with my new 2018 purchase. Impressed that the car didn't need oil change at 3,000 miles. Mine called for it at approx. 5,800. Wow is what I said. Cool beans. Anyhow, service was as expected without an appointment. Nice, friendly, professional service team.
"The timeliness of the job took too long." I made my appointment for 8am to change the r/f axle seal. I was there promptly at 8am and was taken promptly. I was told that it would take 1hr and 15 mins to 1 1/2 hrs. I was waiting and I went back out to the service area after about 2 hours (10am). "Excellent as always" Stewart is always courteous, informative, and always professional. Easily to discuss car problem with Stewart. He keep you updated on the status of your service and informs you promptly if a problem is identified and the change in the cost of the service.
"Hugs at Honda" Saturday before going out of town, we stopped for car maintenance at Honda of Conyers. Stewart, our service rep, hugged my husband and me! We hadn’t been in the dealership in months due to moving into the city. We will continue drive 40 miles to Conyers because of the excellent customer service that Stewart and the team provides.
"Speedy Service " This was by far the fastest service I’ve received from any dealership on a busy Saturday. I was in & out within 45 mins! It almost made me feel like it wasn’t done properly lol. I just got an oil change but I’ve waited an hour and half before at another Atlanta area Honda dealership....and they weren’t busy at all. So with that being said, thank you Conyers Honda! You’ve got a new customer.

"Superior Service" I had to visit the dealership to update my GSP Navigation system and check my tires due to low pressure alert I had been receiving for my 2017 Touring. Well, the diagnose was that I had two nails in my tire and I had to purchase a tire. However, I am happy that it was found so that I would not damage my car and I would not have to be concerned that I would be helpless on the side of the highway. Whenever I come to get my car service if he is busy helping another customer I will patiently wait because he will acknowledge me by my name.
