waiting time was long The whole process of buying a new car is long and tiring. I've found that true at all dealerships! That is the only thing that is annoying. The personal are all friendly and knowledgeable. The car was ready sooner than expected. All the work was completed well.
Prompt Saturday Service I have been using Gwinnett Place Honda since 2016 when I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic. I'm currently driving the 2019 Honda Civic and due to unforseen life events, I had forgotten about getting my oil change service (until the car alerted me!!). Gwinnett Place had no available Saturday appointments, so I chose Conyers because it is actually waaayyy closer than Gwinnett. John Planer was my Service Technician, he was personable and provided excellent service!!!

Great experience It was hectic when I arrived. I had a few minutes wait to register my car for an oil change. During the wait Stuart advises me that he would be with me shortly and apologized for the delay. Once it was my turn in line, he apologized again and took care of me as quick as possible. I waited for my oil change, which was said to be 45 minutes. I was pulling off in 40 minutes. It was a great experience.

Prompt Service I like being able to schedule appointments since I prefer to wait during service appointments. The waiting room is comfortable and offers wifi. Time passes quickly. The service is so good at Conyers Honda that I will probably always own a Honda. Can't wait to see the new Passport.
