"Great Work!" The staff provided a friendly greeting, and asked why I was there for service. I informed them that I needed an oil change. He told me that I would have vehicle service immediately. I waited less than 30 minutes and my vehicle was ready. Although my vehicle is new and this was the first service, the staff did a thorough check of the vehicle.
"Gear Shifter issues and Dashboard Button broke" My CRV had an issue with the gear shifter and then on/off switch for the A/C. We visited Conyers Honda and met Mike Cosper. He was excellent to work with. Called us and kept us updated just as he said he would. He was friendly and very professional. Will ask for Mike for any other work that needs to be done to my CRV.
"excellence as usually" Always pleased with the service that I receives from Honda Service Center. Great Service Advisor, (Steward) always does an excellence job which is why I continue to take my car there.
"Good customer service" Great customer service. Was there on a Saturday afternoon and the wait wasn't long at all. Mike is a TRUE asset to your organization.
"Replacement of part; work performed under warranty; no cost " Had appointment for 7:30am techcian waited on me promptly. I was ready to go in a timely fashion. Would recommend service department to others.

"Fair and Honest" We had just completed a 15 hour road trip with no air conditioning. I took the van in and in less than four hours Mike called to say the the air was blowing "cold" and that I could come pick the van up. Needless to say, I was pleased. Great service, friendly people at Honda of Conyers!
