"Eboni was fabulous!" I wish there had been more than 1 finance person. We had to wait a long time after Eboni completed her part to finally get to see Freddie. He was great once we got to work with him on our financing. We were there on a Saturday.
"Great experience" I needed a repair on my car and Thang got me in to diagnose super quickly and set me up with a courtesy car because I couldn't be without a car that evening, and he didn't trust that mine wouldn't leave me stranded somewhere. The repair was complete by 10am the next morning, and I was in and out picking the car up. I've been getting service at Conyers Honda for years, but this is easily my best experience thanks to Thang.
"Best dealership service dept. in Georgia" The folks are friendly, they never fail to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I've never experienced this level of service at any other car dealership (as a car owner for over 45 years). This goes a long way in my book, and is the primary reason my wife and I purchased our past and present vehicles from Honda Conyers.
"Employees are very friendly and helpful. " Very helpful explaining how to use my new suv. I received a phone call as well, asking if I had any questions about my new auto purchase.
"Service " Always receive excellent service. They always inform me of the status of my service and inform me of any preventive maintenance due. Additionally, they always offer ways to minimize my out of pocket expense
"Excellent " Great staff. Quick visit. Was late for my appointment. Staff was quick to get me scheduled 30 minutes later than my first appointment. Was very happy with the quick service visit and reasonably priced oil change.
"Great" Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I’m pleased with everyone who assisted me getting my vehicle on the road!
"Excellent customer service " Everyone was extremely polite and very patient with us. Everyone’s also went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Definitely wold recommend!
"Fast and Efficient " Quick service! No wait they pulled my car right in with an appointment I booked online. Only there about 45 minutes. Adam walked me to my car after service to make sure everything was good to my liking. Overall great place with great people and excellent customer service!! Thank you
