Great Service! I contacted the Service Department to make my advisor aware of what had happened to my 2017 Honda Accord V6 Touring over the weekend with my Navigation System. Mr. Robert Rankins was great! Mr. Robert Rankins did what I needed in a salesperson. He was respectful and as genuine as a car salesman can be. I can be a difficult negotiator, and person but he worked with my issues. He not only helped me with my purchase but trained me with the technology in the new vehicle. We both agreed the car wash prep of the car lacked as the vehicle had water spots from probably a wet dry cloth. Mr. Rankins wanted me to be happy and did offer to have the car re-washed. Oil and Filter Change and Coolant Exchange My service advisor, Stewart Humphrey, is outstanding. He assured that my service needs were taken care of. I needed an oil and filter change with multi-point inspection, engine coolant exchange, inspection for tire rotation and cabin air filter. This was my third visit to this location. Service was completely in a time efficient manner.
Service The service rep was always helpful and very courteous. They always give quick service. I appreciate Stewart Humphre and he is an excellent representative for Honda.
Service department was great. I went in to get s oil change. They found that there was a hole in my radiator. They installed a new one. I had to stay there for 6 hours because I am a paraplegic & confined to wheelchair. They were not able to let me use a loner because I could not transfer. I think the service manager ordered me lunch & checked on me during the long wait. They were very concerned & made sure I was ok. The best service department in the world! Honda Conyers never disappoints. My son purchased a car and it had an abundance of problems and Honda Conyers was able to have the car towed in and fix everything that was wrong and not take advantage of him. Now he is driving without fear of breaking down.
