"Pleasant" Waited while my Honda Accord was being serviced in the service department. Quiet and most folks waiting were doing their own thing. I read my book the entire time without interruption, and the time it took to have my car serviced was shorter than anticipated and I was ready to hit the road back home again. No problems whatsoever, and the employees were extremely nice and friendly.
"Couldn’t be better! " From my warranty inquiry over the phone to the moment I drove off, my experience was awesome. I called, setup an appointment to have my battery checked and oil changed. I was able to come in the same day. Had everything I needed done within an hour or so. Thang helped me over the phone and completed the service on my car. He was awesome!!
"Pleased" My Service Guy, Mr. Mike Cosper, was personable and professional. I didn't feel "woman-hoodwinked" like some dealerships make ladies feel like when bringing vehicle in for one repair only to be quoted another more expensive repair. I really appreciated the loaner vehicle! This in addition to a small, but meaningful discount certainly helped lessen the blow of the sudden, expensive, but necessary repair.

"Excellent Service!!!" I was able to go online and schedule an appointment for the same day to have an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Mike immediately after arriving. He quickly verified all of my information and the reason for my visit. He made service suggestions based on the mileage of my car. "Needed a new battery" I need a new battery and I was able to get one, under warranty. Customer service was great and quality of work was excellent. It didn't take long to install the battery and I was out of there in about 45 minutes!!
