"As Promised" Showed up for an oil change and was told it would be more than an hour in wait time. I mentioned that I had a 10:00am. I asked the tech to see what he can do. Sure enough I was in my way in about 40 minutes. Thanks guys for such quick service.
"fast service " Made my appointment ahead of time, was warmly greeted, and taken in immediately. Service on the air conditioner was performed promptly on my Accord. Mike Cosper, our Service Advisor, is always friendly, taking care of our concern, and explaining services performed. All service personnel are friendly, but Mike is our ( my husband has a crosstour, also) go to guy-our personal Advisor. For sales, Terry Shaw is our contact-educations himself on every model’s features.
