Timing chain I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and have always had it serviced there. I have never had any issues and I've always been happy with their customer service.
First service since buying my 2019 Accord I've given this service center a 5 star review due to their efficiency and ability to get me in at short notice. My car was ready to go a lot faster that anticipated which is always the most important thing during service. I'd definitely recommend this Honda service center.
Awesome customer service! I needed my air conditioner checked because my air was not cold and smoke was coming from the vent. I hoped it was a simple fix, but my condenser needed to be replaced Because the new condenser wouldn't be in until the next morning, my service advisor arranged for me to drive a loaner vehicle while my minivan was being repaired. He even went above and beyond and helped me transfer items from my van to the loaner vehicle. His help really made the service experience an awesome one!
Great service I got an oil change and tire rotation in just a few minutes, and the customer service rep was extremely polite and treated me like I was a special customer.
Great experience I made a reservation to have my transmission and brake fluid change and tire rotation. I also had a rental car for the day. When my appointment time came everything went smoothly, dropped my car off picked up my rental in a seamless process!
