Effective I thought Chris was very responsive and helpful regarding my need for service.and recommendation for the additional service needed. He was also knowledgable about my concerns.

Great Customer service and fast turn around time This is the second time Chris assisted me and I was very pleased with the customer service he provided. He was personable and pleasant. Previously, I did not have a good experience at Honda Conyers and I started going to the Honda service center in Snellville. After these last two visits at Honda in Conyers went so well, I will definitely be back. Thank you ;)
Stewart is awesome and helpful Stewart was great to work with. Helpful and worked with my needs and schedule. Went in for recall and minor work while still under warranty. Work seems to be done well.
Can"t get in park I could not get my car in park, so I went to Honda and behold It was a part of a recall and they fixed it very quickly. Awesome customer service!!!!!
Almost satisfied I would give 5 stars, but there were black oil marks left on the floor in my car. I was not happy about that. There should have been plastic put down so my floor mats wouldn't get dirty. Other than that, the service was great.
Excellent Service Staff I'm never disappointed when my car is serviced here. I'm always welcomed with a warm greeting and serviced professionally. Steward and the entire staff of service advisors are a pleasure to work with.
Easy purchase I purchased a Honda hrv and the experience was a positive one. One small math error when they double quoted the $699 fee but we worked through that. Suggestion. If you want people to answer the survey there doesn't need to be a minimum word limits.
