"Excellent experience - service rep was outstanding" I have an older Pilot that needed air bag recall as well as other standard services. Service representative took the necessary time to understand the various issues, and then thoroughly explain about each of the services as they were performed. This was a refreshing experience, and one I can highly recommend.
"Great" They were very helpful and attentive, I have a Nissan but purchased from them and they treated me the same as if it were a Honda
"tire repair" I was in Decatur and my low tire pressure light came on. I went to the nearest tire repair place and they said I had 2 nails and one was in the side wall and could not be repaired. I had purchased the tires at HC through Mike Cosper, the service advisor. I called Mike from the tire center and he said that the tire was under warranty and to bring it in and he would get me fixed right up. And he never fails me!! Thank you Mike!
"A+ Experience" Great service in all departments. The service was completed in a timely manner. The service area was clean. The waiting area was clean and comfortable for waiting.
"oil change" Great service department came in for an oil change I had no idea that my car was involved in a recall the service department informed me of the recall and performed it I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
"Service " Thang was great! He even walked out to my car! He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely be back again In the future.
"Excellent Service" Stewart was informative and made sure I got the services I needed in a timely manner. I really would have preferred the Toya tire but will assume that the Nexen is just as good if not better. Thanks!
