"No complaints" I've had bad experiences with purchasing cars in the past, this was a relatively pleasant experience, I have no complaints.Glad to find a Honda dealership relatively close to home.
"Easy and fast " The team was so helpful. David our salesman was very friendly and made it easy. We drove over 2 hours to get there because they had the best deal.
"Thang Hoang" Thang Hoang was a wonderful Service Advisor because he made me feel very comfortable that he was treating my SUV with attention to detail and I was satisfied from beginning to end. Mr Hoang is awesome. Thanks Cathy
"Simply Awesome" I am absolutely amazed at the professionalism. And care that I received from the staff.The salesman made certain I understood everything( patient, kind, considerate)
"Servicing" When i purchased my car one year ago my Salinas Justin Spears. He was absolutely amazing. I worked with Adam in servicing up until my last service appointment. Adam was amazing but since he has left Saturday I worked with Stewart who was very kind and very helpful. I will let my friends know about Stewart and to ask for him during their servicing appointments. I know I will ask for him for my next service appointments.
"Update for Recall" Had the recall done on my car. Done fast and accurately. In and out quickly with complete confidence it was done correctly. My Service Advisor explained everything that was to be done and then was available if I had additional questions. .
"Always on time, always helpful, never pushy" I've been bringing my car here ever since I bought my first Honda. The staff is always friendly and I can tell they're listening to me. They never try to up-sell service I don't need. I never have to wait forever for an oil change or routine service.
"Not happy but Service Manager made it right" We had an issue with one of the service techs and after meeting with the service manager he talked with tech and made the situation right!
"Quick and Easy" Honda Conyers was one of the best service centers I have visited and it was my first time at this location. They were quick, helpful, and organized. I don't know much about cars but the customer service representative that worked with me was very helpful and made sure I understood everything he was talking about! 100% recommend!
