SERVICE DEPARTMENT VISITS The service is great and service advisers are always nice and friendly. There are 3 service personnel that I have worked (see below) that have always gone out of their way to ensure that my issues were resolved in a timely manner each time I brought my vehicle in for service. In and Out w PPP (Personable, Professionalism & Proficiency) Over all great experience even with unexpected but necessary service. Chris did a great job engaging in a meaningful conversation with my granddaughter, Trinity which made her happy. She didn't feel invisible. Happy kids equal happy parents. Parents tend to return to places that make happy memories. I could drive a few extra miles for less expensive service but, I think I will come back for my next service.
