Excellent communication and service All issues were explained and made me feel comfortable I was getting done what needed to be done. Time estimated was fairly accurate and the service manager was helpful in making sure I got any appropriate discounts.

Great I made the appointment at the last minute. They were able to squeeze me in within an hour. They told me that it was an hour and 15 minutes and they had it done in that time frame.
Expectations exceeded I was acknowledged and greeted promptly by Thang who was helping another customer. Once my turn, he explained that the service advisor my appointment was made with was gone for the day and he would be taking care of me.
