The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Started with the friendliness of the woman checking me in. The technician that saw me was also very friendly. The service was completed in an efficient manner. And the person taking the payment also served with a smile.
Professional service advisor Stewart Humphre is very professional with Honda customers & informative with service performed on the vehicle. He took the time to explain possible reasons why my Honda CRV was having battery issues.

I went because of a warning on my car & was helped fast! The service center is really fast & efficient. The guy who helped me was extremely nice & explained everything in detail because I was confused. I've always hated taking my car in but this place made it so easy.

First Oil change for 2019 Civic lease Thang was very polite and efficient. He asked if I wanted to rotate my tires as well as having an oil change. I chose not to rotate my tires. I asked for the car to be washed and detailed. Thang explained that the detail man left but would return in the morning. I left my car and said that I would pick it up at 12:30. My car was ready and beautifully clean and detailed.
I always have a good experience. Everyone is so friendly.. I only take my car to Honda of Conyers. Friendly people and good service for my car. I'm not waiting all day. Fast service with a smile.
Awesome Service As always this location does a fantastic job and their customer service is always outstanding. Can see that they are diligently aiming to satisfy their customers needs, you can tell they have listened. Also Stuart Humphrey is a awesome service guy, he has been handling my vehicle for many years now. Need more like him. No complaints here and when the hubbie has great things to say then I know he an upstanding fella.
Honda Conyers always dependable and caring! Mid morning I happen to be at the QT on West Ave, in Conyers Georgia. I had trouble starting my 2012 Honda Civic. Finally I got it started, and I drove over to Honda Conyers immediately! I told staff, I did not have an appointment.
