"Got it the second time!" The first service technician to hear my problem didn't know they could fix it. Later, when I was trying to order the parts, the parts department representative said they could. He helpfully made sure the service department knew what to do and connected me with a specific service technician. I'm deducting a point for the misstep, but quite happy with the result.

"AMAZING Customer Service" I brought my HR-V in for the first oil change. I was instantly greeted by Mike Cosper, the Service Advisor. I explained that I was on my lunch hour and needed the service done as quickly as possible. He immediately got the car to the bay and kept me informed during the entire process. I was so impressed with his customer service and willingness to help me out with the time factor. Honda Conyers is lucky to have Mike as an employee!! Great job and I will be back!!!
