RecommendedI first brought captain America (coonhound/boxer rescue) here after a recommendation from a friend. I had such a great experience. They worked with me in getting the meds he needed, and the facility is very nice. I just adopted a puppy, Loki, and had our wellness exam. The staff is so helpful and amazing. Could not recommend more.
The staff is so awesome. Very compassionate and caring. Chloe is very Anxious and I get anxious for her and they are so good at putting both of us at ease and meeting our needs ❤️
This is by far the best vet I have ever been to! I highly, highly recommend them. The entire staff is so wonderful and caring and Dr. Maurer went above and beyond with her care for my cat for many, many years who had kidney cancer, and several other health problems. She kept me informed on every visit, explained everything thoroughly, made sure to talk through every option, and answered every question I had with a very timely answer if it arose before/after the visit. When I moved to the Upper Valley I interviewed 6 veterinarians. I chose Dr. Kim Jones and I haven't regretted that decision in the 7 years I've known her and her staff. They care, they understand, and they go above and beyond to work with you in the best interest of your beloved family members.
Dr. Rebecca and the Stoney Brook staff were all very reassuring as we stressed over our baby. Dr. Rebecca took time to look Macie Kate over to be sure she was fine.
My first experience with them was with my older beagle who was having bladder problems. He ended up having a tumor. They were caring, compassionate and thoughtful through the whole appointment, even through the euthanasia. We drove almost an hour for our appointment and we were very pleased.
